The best part of high-rise living? The views. The listing for this two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo in the Hollywood Versailles Tower promises 180-degree views, from the ocean to the hills. The sleek midcentury tower, formerly home to Tara Reid, according to Variety, is located at Hollywood and La Brea and comes with valet, a doorman, gym, and heated pool. The unit that’s up for grabs has a balcony, updated kitchen, and in-unit washer and dryer. Sold five years ago for $467,500, today’s asking price is $649,000. But brace yourself: HOA dues are $932 per month.
This three-bedroom house is walking distance to Brouwerij West, San Pedro Fish Market, and all of the other activity along the waterfront, but offers lots of reasons to stay home. The contemporary kitchen features subway tile, gray shaker cabinets, and stainless steel appliances. It’s part of a complex built in 1978, and it’s listed for $649,000, with $290 monthly HOA dues.
