Following the announcement of the system’s pre-installed titles, a new trailer for the upcoming Sega Genesis Mini has surfaced showcasing footage from most of the 42 games. Standout titles include the likes of Sonic the Hedgehog, Streets of Rage 2, Earthworm Jim, and more. Included in the previously announced titles are bonus games Tetris and Darius.
Although the Sega Genesis Mini isn’t due to arrive until September 19, customers can still pre-order the console early from Amazon for $79.99 USD. However, the European equivalent, the Mega Drive, won’t debut until October 4. Due to the nostalgic release, Sega has rounded up several developers from the console’s heyday to talk about their fondest memories of the original console. Check out Kinda Funny’s Greg Miller’s story below alongside the list of games available on the consoles.
In related news, folks can also preorder Konami’s upcoming TurboGrafx-16 Mini console as well.
