Melania Trump is one of the most talked-about people in the world, and from her controversial fashion choices to her rules within the White House walls, she never fails to make viral news.
Unsurprisingly, the past few months have been no exception.
From her red gloves baffling the internet and her controversial use of the government planes to being the subject of a recent sexist joke by her husband Donald Trump, the past few weeks have been all about Melania.
It isn’t her actions however that have made viral news this week, instead it’s her fashion choices, with the First Lady confusing the internet with her recent choice of attire.
As the First Lady attended the State of the union this week, she wore a navy blue outfit, unlike the other women present who had agreed to wear white in a symbol of their support of women’s rights.
But rather than the opting out of the dress code, it was actually Melania’s gloves that made news. Why? Because she was wearing one.

While Melania has not commented on glove-gate, her singular leather glove was removed during the event.
