Vans Vault unveils two newly designed Old Skool Cap LX silhouettes. The latest designs are marked by a patchworked color-blocked-upper. The shoes have an Old Skool aesthetic but are reimagined with suede, leather and canvas in "Multicolor" and "Brown."
Dubbed the "Regrind" collection, detailing arrives in the form of deconstructed accents: an eccentric Jazz Stripe and exposed sponge collar and tongue. A "Please Tear Here" heel tab, also appears on both designs. The "Multicolor" colorway has hits of pastel pink, blue and purple while "Brown" is comprised of yellow, brown, black, white and red tones.
Both trainers also come with checkerboard prints on the uppers. A suede material breaks up the sneaker’s heel, toe box and forefoot. Colored elastic loops can be found on the Jazz Stripe, alongside a strip of looped elastic placed along the eyestay. Rounding out the specs is an upside-down "OFF THE WALL" license plate and sleek white sidewall.
You can purchase the Vans Old Skool Cap LX "Regrind" collection in "Multicolor" and "Brown" at 43einhalb and other select stockists, for approximately $111 USD on Saturday, August 31 at 6:01 p.m. EST.
