TOC Development Could Replace Trio of Houses in East Hollywood

The three homes date to the early 20th century.

A trio of single-family dwellings in East Hollywood could be redeveloped with condos, according to plans filed yesterday with the City of Los Angeles.
The houses, built between 1911 and 1915, are located at 539-547 N. Hobart Boulevard.  An entitlement application submitted yesterday to the Department of City Planning calls for razing each structure to make way for a 39-unit condominium building.
