A pair of small residential buildings in Koreatown could make way for new apartments, according to plans filed yesterday with the City of Los Angeles.
The quarter-acre project site, located at 968-974 S. Fedora Street, is slated for a six-story building which would feature 50 residential units above at-grade and basement parking levels.
