Site Cleared for Apartment Complex Next to Hollywood’s Lombardi House

The proposed seven-story building would rise just north of Hollywood Boulevard.

One year after construction was set to begin, developers M Capital Partners have cleared a property just north of Hollywood Boulevard for the construction of a $60-million apartment complex. 
The seven-story development, called the Lombardi, would rise at 1717 N. Bronson Avenue.  Plans call for 86 apartments – including two-story penthouse suites – with ameniteis such as a swimming pool and a lounge.
