Following on from the first trailer released back in March, Sony Pictures has given another look at the Quentin Tarantino-directed Once Upon a Time in Hollywood. The clip gives another look at Leonardo DiCaprio as actor Rick Dalton — neighbor to Sharon Tate — as well as Brad Pitt as stunt double Cliff Booth and Margot Robbie as Tate.
The new trailer begins in happier times for Dalton and Booth, showing their lives as Hollywood A-Listers. Over time, though, Dalton comes to see himself as a has-been and the pair try to return to their former glory. The trailer also shows a string of Manson Family members, who tell Booth that Charles Manson will "dig" him, before introducing Damon Herriman as Manson.
The movie is described as comprising of "multiple storylines in a tribute to the final moments of Hollywood’s golden age," with the Manson Family murders set to be just one aspect of the plot. Elsewhere, Once Upon a Time in Hollywood will also portraying other storylines reflecting that era.
To go alongside the trailer, Sony Pictures also recently released a series of vintage-inspired posters recalling the 1960s for movies installing Rick Dalton. Take a look at the Once Upon a Time in Hollywood trailer above, and expect the movie to arrive in theaters on July 26.
