LaTerra Development broken ground on a mixed-use development just west of Barnsdall Park.
The project, located at 4900 Hollywood Boulevard, will consist of a five-story building featuring 150 apartments – including 24 affordable units – with 13,000 square feet of ground-floor retail space.  
Urban Architecture Lab is designing the podium-type building, which is portrayed as an A-shaped structure with multiple interior courtyards.
