Canadian pop band Men I Trust dropped off their single "Seven" in the fall, and has been relatively quiet on releasing new music until today. The indie group has shared their first official track of 2019 with a smooth record entitled "Numb," which the musicians recently called their "favorite song from the upcoming album" on Instagram.
Melodic tunes cascade over a dreamy beat in the three-and-a-half minute ballad. Lead singer Emma kicks it off with a soft, "hon, please forgive me if I ever did you wrong," as the guitar strums right along with the bass. Scroll below to listen to the full track.
Men I Trust is currently playing shows around the U.S., including performances at Coachella this weekend and next. They will embark on a European tour beginning in May.
