Charlie Sheen is cutting the price again on his Mulholland Estates house with a party past.
Sheen is now asking $8.5 million for the 9,000-square-foot Mediterranean style home, down from its $10 million asking price a year ago, according to Mansion Global.
The actor bought the home in the gated community in 2006 for $7.2 million, and quickly transformed it into a party pad. Sheen broadcast a drug-fueled public meltdown from there in 2011, following his dismissal from the CBS show “Two and Half Men.”
The five-bedroom, seven-bathroom house was built in 1992 and has the usual trappings, including a pool, screening room, games room and a pro-grade kitchen.
Sheen put the home on the market back in 2011, asking the same amount he originally paid. He eventually pulled it, then didn’t list it again until last February 2018, at the $10 million price tag. In July, he knocked $1 million off the list, and now has sliced off another $500,000.
Mulholland Estates residents include Kendall Jenner, who bought one of Sheen’s homes in 2017; Christina Aguilera;, and DJ Khaled, which purchased Robbie Williams’ home for $10 million two years ago. [Mansion Global] — Dennis Lynch
