Earlier this month, Juice WRLD revealed plans for his next studio album, A Deathrace for Love. Scheduled for release on March 8, the project will serve as the follow-up to its creator’s collaborative WRLD On Drugs album with Future and his popular solo project Goodbye & Good Riddance, which originally dropped last May. Further supporting and promoting his next major release, Juice WRLD swiftly resurfaces with A Deathrace for Love‘s lead single, "Robbery."
"I can’t reverse it / It was a gift and a curse / And now I’m drinking too much so I’ma talk with a slur," Juice WRLD raps. "Last time I saw you it ended in a blur / I woke up in a hearse / You said you love me first / One thing my dad told me was ‘Never let your woman know when you’re insecure’ / So I put Gucci on the fur / And I put my wrist on iceberg / One thing my heart tells me is ‘Flex on a hoe every time you’re insecure.’"
"Robbery" was initially debuted earlier today as Zane Lowe’s World Record. Speaking to the aforementioned radio personality for an exclusive Beats 1 interview, Juice WRLD also opened up about his next album, collaborations and more.
"It’s truly every part of my soul. Not just one part. Every part of my personality, not just one part," Juice Wrld told Zane Lowe, breaking down the feel and sound of his forthcoming LP. "Every area of my brain, not just one part. It’s like a Picasso painting."
You can stream Juice WRLD’s new "Robbery" single above, and check back on Friday, March 8 for a full stream of A Deathrace for Love.
At the start of this year, Juice WRLD linked up with Halsey for the "Without Me" remix.
