Juice WRLD has the No. 1 album in the country. Death Race for Love, which was released on March 8 via Grade A/Interscope Records, debuts at No. 1 on the Billboard 200 chart, selling 165,000 equivalent album units in the week ending March 14, according to Nielsen Music. 43,000 of those sales were physical albums.
Last year, the midwest start previously landed within the top 10 with a pair of albums. WRLD on Drugs, his collaborative LP with Future, debuted at No. 2, while Juice WRLD’s debut studio album, Goodbye & Good Riddance, got the No. 8 spot on Aug. 11.
Death Race for Love garnered the second-biggest streaming week of 2019 for any album, trailing only Ariana Grande’s Thank U, Next.
