Earlier this month, JPEGMAFIA dropped "Jesus Forgive Me, I Am A Thot," the first single off his new album. The rapper announced today that All My Heroes Are Cornballs will be out September 13 via EQT Recordings.
In a trailer JPEGMAFIA shared on Instagram, a group of his friends have already listened to the LP and remark on their experiences. The video includes James Blake, Flume, Kenny Beats, Injury Reserve, DJ Dahi, Channel Tres, and Jeff Tweedy who share their opinions on the album — self-proclaimed by the artist as a "disappointment." Flume says, "I wouldn’t listen to it outside of this room" while Kenny Beats states, "It’s not even really music." All My Heroes Are Cornballs follows his 2018 breakthrough album Veteran.
The rapper’s "JPEGMAFIA Type" Tour will start October 14 and end with two shows in his hometown of Baltimore. Watch the trailer for the LP and check out JPEGMAFIA’s tour dates below.
Elsewhere in music, GoldLink shared the official video for his Diaspora track “U Say” featuring Tyler, The Creator and Jay Prince.
