Italian shoe brand Paris Texas was launched in 2015 by sisters Anna and Margherita Brivio, but over the past year, the brand has catapulted to cult label status. You’ve probably spotted the shoes on celebs like Kendall Jenner, Gigi Hadid, and Emily Ratajkowski, all of whom have been wearing their signature boots on repeat recently. With their faux-croc finish and knee-high silhouette, Paris Texas’s iconic boots are immediately recognizable.
Fashion insiders have also been adopting the shoes into their wardrobes, and Paris Texas counts street style fixtures from Aimee Song and Chiara Ferragni to Eva Chen and Tiffany Hsu among their fans. With the brand’s recent success, I’ve been curious about how it made its way into the closets of the style set, so I asked the sisters all about it at an event at Elyse Walker to celebrate their collaboration on exclusive shoes for the L.A. retailer.
