After sharing its Spring/Summer 2019 “STOMA” collection, Punk-tinged imprint HOMME BOY has returned with its third short film, offering up two new T-shirts to coincide with the project’s debut. Titled PUPIL, the new Alex Nazari-directed film is shot as if it was an old Japanese crime film, first introducing audiences to a mysterious figure seen cleaning something in a bathroom, later revealing a bounty hunter-like man who can be seen drinking in a local bar.
As the short continues to unfold, the character is met by a strange figure who offers him a note. The high-octane adventure begins as the protagonist (namely the bounty hunter-esque figure) attempts to rescue a female from the other man’s hostility. The video features both characters wearing the brand’s latest range, with music offered up by Korean indie star HYUKOH and London-based Yves Tumor.
In terms of the t-shirts, two graphic-heavy pieces have been included — one named “PUPIL,” after the film, the other “STOMA,” after the collection. Both feature various shots and frames from the short, with the over style of each aptly representing the film’s creative direction.
You can watch PUPIL above. If you’re interested, both shirts are available via HOMME BOY’s webstore with a retail price of $75 USD.
