In anticipation of The Little Mermaid reboot starring musician and actress Halle Bailey, Disney has teamed up with indie beauty brand DefineMe to collaborate on a series of perfumes inspired by none other than Disney’s princesses, starting with Ariel. The fragrance has been blended with ingredients like neroli, bergamot, jasmine and lilac, giving it that beach-like scent. According to WWD, its packaging is reminiscent of the mermaid princess herself, mimicking her green tail and finished with a shell-like top.
The perfume will make its debut at Beautycon in Los Angeles this Saturday, August 10. Its 75-milliliter bottle will retail for $88 USD while its 9-milliliter version will cost $28 USD, which will be available for purchase starting this fall at Ulta Beauty, DefineMe’s website, Disney stores and online.
In the meantime, check out Cosmopolitan‘s Eau de Juice fragrance.
