The Cambridges are one of the most talked-about families in the world, but while the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge spend the most time in front of the cameras, it’s their children that really steal the limelight.
From Princess Charlotte’s signature sass and Prince George’s cheeky grin to their royal waves when meeting their brother, Prince Louis, these toddlers never fail to make news. And judging by Prince Louis’ first royal appearance at Trooping the Colour, he seems to take after his siblings.
It’s hardly surprising therefore that the public got excited when it was announced that any one of us could becoming the Cambridge family’s new neighbours.
Yes, really. A two-bedroom cottage has becoming available to rent in Amner, West Norfolk, positioned opposite the Cambridge family’s Norfolk home, Amner Hall – a wedding present from the Queen.
But what do we know about the property?
It is reportedly unfurnished, available to rent for £700 a month, but there is a catch, with a ‘strict no cats policy’ and warnings of ‘steep stairs’.
It should also be noted that those who live or work in the area are being given priority in terms of consideration, but the advert states that the house would not be rented on a first come, first served basis, with the Sandringham Estate instead wanting the best suited tenant for the property.
Happy bidding.
