uniform experiment, the long-running label founded by Hirofumi Kiyonaga of SOPHNET. and Hiroshi Fujiwara of fragment design, continues tweaking staples and delivering seasonal graphic-ridden gear, with Spring/Summer 2019 capping off with a special release. A pair of slide sandals has emerged in four distinctive colorways, replete with plenty of unmissable branding.
Though Fujiwara has become less involved in uniform experiment’s output over the years, he occasionally rejoins Kiyonaga to put the fragment design stamp on select items. Such is the case for these unique kicks, which are offered in two tones of grey and navy with either white or black imagery on the forefoot strap. uniform experiment branding and the label’s crossed key logo appears up top, with fragment design imagery emblazoned across the lateral side of each shoe’s EVA-cushioned midsole.
Expect the collaborative slip-ons to hit SOPH.’s physical stores on May 25, before arriving online on May 27.
Most recently, we took a closer look at fragment design’s shiny Dr. Martens collaboration.
