Architectural plans posted by the West L.A. Sawtelle Neighborhood Council offer a first look at Westgate Manor, the latest apartment complex slated for Santa Monica Boulevard.
In October 2018, plans were filed with the City of Los Angeles to redevelop a parking lot and a small commercial building at 11857-11861 Santa Monica with a five-story building that would feature 52 studio, one-, and two-bedroom apartments – including five affordable units – with parking for 60 vehicles.
