END. and Wood Wood follow on last year’s Double A collection with a Fall/Winter 2019-ready capsule dubbed "Fragile." The collection is comprised of co-branded garments and graphic-heavy pieces such as hoodies, T-shirts, socks and caps that each feature a distinctive industrial packaging-inspired aesthetic.
Unlike the subtle Double A collection, "Fragile" taps into Wood Wood’s unique aesthetic. Using colors including "Bright Green" and "Rose" on the minimalist Fred hoodie and stitched-graphic socks, the two come together to present a collection that’s both clean and contemporary while maintaining a streetwear aesthetic associated with the British retailer.
Standout pieces from the collection include the Brandon shirt, which sports an all-over packaging-inspired print featuring repeated words such as "REJECT," "FRAGILE," "CAUTION" and "QC INSPECTED." The Sami T-shirt features a rear hand-scrawled graphic print that continues the industrial tape, shipping label and caution notice theme, while the signature Kael jacket is emblazoned with a 3M "FRAGILE" logo on the rear alongside a reinterpreted END.-branded recycling logo on the front.
All pieces feature a "Bright Green" END. logo on the garments’ seam, and come packaged in a pouch made from 100% recycled paper. Check out the lookbook in the gallery above and pick up your favorite pieces from END. stores and online via its Launches platform on August 31.
In case you missed it, Wood Wood has dropped the second round of its FW19 collection.
