Director Jim Jarmusch (Paterson) and Adam Driver join forces once again for the former’s new zombie-comedy The Dead Don’t Die, co-starring the iconic Bill Murray. Although there’s no official synopsis, the footage above showcases the star-studded cast, which includes Tilda Swinton, Danny Glover, Rosie Perez, Steve Buscemi, RZA, Selena Gomez, Luka Sabbat, and even Tom Waits.
We see Driver and Murray as two cops combating a new zombie threat, although not too many citizens appear to be all that alarmed. Swinton is shown wielding a katana, Gomez finding the situation most unfortunate, and Iggy Pop is shown as a zombie alongside Tom Waits. It’s all very weird, so much so that we wouldn’t be surprised if the film were a well-elaborated hoax for April Fool’s Day.
