Court Ruling Allows Minor League Baseball Players To Seek Wage Increase As Class Action

The U. S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit handed a legal victory to minor league baseball players seeking wages that would exceed the minimum by ruling that the players may proceed as a class action lawsuit.
