CBS has already revealed the NCIS: Los Angeles return date. This information has been announced ahead of the fall finale, allowing viewers to plan down the road for the midseason episodes.
According to CBS, the first midseason episode of NCIS: Los Angeles will take place on Sunday, January 6. That day will bring an end to the holiday hiatus for the program, allowing viewers to set those DVRs a bit in advance.
Season 10 Episode 12 is called The Sound of Silence and will have a fun subplot that involves Kensi Blye (played by Daniela Ruah) and Marty Deeks (Eric Christian Olsen).

NCIS: Los Angeles return date and more
In addition to the NCIS: Los Angeles return date of January 6, that new episode will have a number of guest stars. Joining the NCIS: Los Angeles cast are Pamela Reed as Roberta Deeks, Doug Tompos as Navy Chief Warrant Officer Walter Purdue, Roxana Brusso as Navy Commander Valerie Torres, Hector Hugo as Emilio Torres, and Sara Homayoon as Ashti Lajani.
As revealed by CBS, the episode will focus on a naval weapons station chief who collapses on the job. The NCIS team investigates whether it’s a terror threat or simply a stress-induced breakdown. Meanwhile, Kensi and Deeks will be researching different honeymoon locations.

The second half of Season 10 will also include the return of Hetty Lange and possibly Mosely. Viewers will also want to keep an eye out for a Season 11 renewal notice from CBS and if all of the NCIS: Los Angeles cast members will return to the show. The show is also going to take a break on February 3, when CBS covers the Super Bowl.
