This vintage number in East Hollywood is a one-bedroom and one-bathroom with wood floors, a spacious kitchen with good counter space, and a built-in vanity. It does not have off-street parking or on-site laundry. It rents for $1,595.

This freeway-close Burbank apartment offers one bedroom, one bathroom, and parking for two cars. The second floor unit has laminate wood floors, ceiling fans, wall-mounted air conditioning, and a cute kitchen. It rents for $1,550.

Just off Franklin and Highland Avenue, this Hollywood studio apartment is walking distance to the Hollywood/Highland Red Line station—an ideal location for summer shows at the Hollywood Bowl or zipping Downtown. The 600-square-foot unit has hardwood floors, a small built-in kitchen table, on-site laundry, and parking for a fee. It rents for $1,450.

Lastly, in a lovely Art Deco building in Miracle Mile, this 750-square-foot studio apartment is up for rent. Photos (which are of a unit similar to the available one) show wood floors, big windows, a compact kitchen with built-ins, and a bathroom with vintage tile. It rents for $1,450.
