It’s certainly no secret that I love pretty much anything that comes in a dress form, but I’m especially fond of those which can be easily worn in a casual way for daytime, whether that’s to the office or kicking it around town over the weekend. Don’t get me wrong — I love my fancy moments. But it’s hard to beat the instant-outfit ease of throwing on a simple, comfortable dress.
When it comes to finding styles that fit that workhorse bill, I usually turn to Loft. I can count on them to have a number of styles at any given moment which work just as well with a dressy flat as they do a sneaker. I picked up this one during a recent sale because it will work with black tights — a cold weather staple — but the bright, pretty florals will keep things from feeling too wintery. Even better?
