Rocker Tommy Lee’s Calabasas home has re-listed with a hefty discount. And yes, there’s a lot of fur, shag, and velvet.
The nearly 10,000-square-foot home was re-priced for $4.65 million, down from nearly $6 million it first listed for in 2016, according to the Los Angeles Daily News.
Built in 1987, the three-story home has six bedrooms, including a master bedroom that’s covered in fuzzy furniture and carpets, and opens up to the backyard piano-shaped pool.
The rest of the home is decorated much like one might expect from one of the most notorious rock n’ roll stars of the 1980s — there’s plenty of dark colors and extravagant gothic-like furniture to compliment the animal prints strewn throughout.
Inside, there are more refined elements, including an impressive atrium through the center of the home, with a Koi pond and stone spa covered by a retractable glass roof. Part of the 13-car garage was also converted to a state-of-the-art 3,000-square-foot recording studio. There’s also a theater room and a wine room. [Los Angeles Daily News] – Dennis Lynch
