The Golden Globes red carpet star? Social media crowns the Fiji water girl as night’s breakout
Celebrities and nominees glittered on the Golden Globes red carpet, but according to social media, the pre-ceremony event’s breakout star was … the girl carrying the tray of Fiji water.
The woman’s identity has not been made public, but she gave a brief interview to the Los Angeles Times, telling the publication that her red carpet photobombs behind the night’s biggest celebs are “all strategic.”

She continued: “You’ve got to angle.”
The woman caught the attention of social media users when she began to appear in the background of dozens of photos snapped on the red carpet Sunday night. She shared frames with major stars including Idris Elba, Jim Carrey, Judy Greer, Camilla Belle, Alyssa Milano and William H. Macy, among others.
