We are seeking a Customer Experience Manager to represent The Arrivals brand by providing exceptional support throughout the exploration, order, and delivery process. The perfect candidate is excited to support the growth of the brand in a variety of responsibilities across multiple business units.
You are an intelligent, optimistic, and solution oriented person who is excited to be our first point of contact with our customers. Whether through phone, email, chat and social media you will serve as our band ambassador to deliver exceptional customer experience. Our ideal candidate is a scrappy entrepreneur at heart who will:
- Act as a brand ambassador for all customer facing touchpoints
- Deliver above and beyond customer service via phone, email, and chat
- Capture customer insights and relay this information to relevant business team
- Problem solve and think creatively to continually improve and innovate current processes
- Analyze and aggregate weekly performance reports to be presented to management Team
- Handle data/PO Submission and manage daily order operations requests within our warehouse
- Assist with onsite merchandising and copy
The Ideal Candidate
Qualifications:
- 3+ years working in a Customer Service capacity
- Excellent communication and organizational skills; empathy is a must
- Autonomous and resourceful with a confidence in computer skills, data analysis, and trend forecasting
- Superb work ethic and stamina to work long hours
- Experience in a Managerial role with direct reports
- Eager to learn and adapt to new systems and processes
- Interest in all parts of a startup and how each department works together to achieve a unified goal
- Passionate about fashion and a natural curiosity to learn
