On Jan. 7, Simonette, a French all-day bistro, opened at Palihotel Culver City, a new boutique hotel from the group behind the Palihouse properties. Expect croissants with Wexler’s Deli smoked salmon in the morning, moules and steak frites at lunch and whole trout almondine with cider, cocktails and French wine in the evening.
