Progress Report for Santa Monica’s 2300 Wilshire Apartments

Mixed-use development on track for completion in 2019.

Cladding is now wrapping its way around the wood frame of a mixed-use building in Santa Monica. 
Located at 2300 Wilshire Boulevard, the three-story building will feature 30 rental apartments and 25,000 square feet of ground-floor retail space. 
The project, designed by DFH Architects, will be clad with a brick facade.
