A property in the Crescenta Highlands area of Glendale is slated for redevelopment with a residential-retail complex.
The project site, located at 3950 Foothill Boulevard, is currently occupied by a preschool. Plans filed last year with the City of Glendale call for razing the existing structure to construct a nearly 39,000-square-foot development which would feature 30 apartments above ground-floor retail space and subterranean parking.
