March11 is a fashion and lifestyle brand seeking a Part-time Customer Service Specialist
Responsibilities:
- Offer exceptional service to customers through inbound phone calls
- Handle email, voicemail and social media customer comments and requests in a timely fashion
- Solve customer dilemmas in a way that benefits our company and ensures customer satisfaction
- Place website orders
- Drive sales through knowledge and support of our brand and product
- Represent our brand in a way that’s informed, positive and enthusiastic
- Log calls and customer feedback to report and share with the team
- Assist with management of eCommerce website and social media accounts
- Help with additional tasks as requested
Requirements:
- Fluent in English
- 1-year fashion retail experience
- Interest in women’s fashion and sales
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good listener and problem solver
- “Customer is always right” mentality
- Goal-oriented
- Must be able to commit to work in our Long Island City office 20-30 hours a week
Chosen candidate will work in our Long Island City, NY office.
