Leah Ferrazzani’s passion for pasta started in the laundry room of her Mount Washington laundry room in 2014. The owner and sole proprietor of Semolina Artisanal Pasta, which crafts certified organic dried pasta, now has her own shop in Pasadena and sells her pasta via Whole Foods, Eataly L.A. and Milkfarm in Eagle Rock.
