As it stands, the council and the Design Review Board members — Loraine Mullen-Kress, Deborah Neev, Monica Simpson, Monahan and Liuzzi — will meet to discuss ways to improve the process involving the longstanding panel, which reviews development projects in the city. The meeting is set for Feb. 5, when the terms of three of the volunteer members expire and the council must reappoint them or choose replacements. The meeting will be held for an hour before the regular council meeting that day.
