Jefferson Park Fourplex Could Make Way for Small Lot Homes
The project site is located two blocks south of Adams Boulevard.
A fourplex in the Jefferson Park neighborhood could be on the way out to make way for a new development of small lot homes.
Earlier this week, an application was submitted to the City of Los Angeles to redevelop the property at 4002 W. Montclair Street with 12 small lot homes. Each of the three-story, 45-foot-tall homes would be capped by a roof deck.
