An initial study published by the City of Long Beach has unveiled plans for the new corporate headquarters of software development company Laserfiche.
The proposed development, slated for a roughly two-acre site at 3443 Long Beach Boulevard, would be highlighted by a proposed four-story, 102,848-square-foot office building that would be clearly visible from the nearby 405 Freeway. Plans also call for a standalone parking garage, consisting of a three-story structure with accommodations for up to 343 vehicles.
Studio One Eleven is designing the Laserfiche headquarters, which would be built with offset floors to create a series of terraced decks.
Plans also call for substantial perimeter landscaping and a street-level patio at the northwest corner of the property. Downtown-based SALT Landscape Architects is designing the project’s open spaces.
The project, which is being led by Urbana Development, will require a number of entitlements and discretionary approvals, including a zone change.
A construction timeline for the Laserfiche headquarters has not been announced.
