The Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department was first called about 7:30 a.m. to the 3900 block of Sepulveda Boulevard after reports of a person barricaded in the area. The sheriff’s Special Enforcement Bureau is assisting, Deputy Kimberly Alexander said.
