In the Victor Heights neighborhood south of Dodger Stadium, construction is underway for a new set of small lot houses.
The project, located on three parcels at 1014-1020 White Knoll Drive, replaces three early 20th century buildings with 17 single-family dwellings.
KTGY Architecture + Planning is designing the small lot development, which is portrayed as a collection of contemporary three-story structures
Los Angeles-based developer DB Homes is behind the project, along with a similar small lot development across White Knoll Drive.
