A year after we last stopped by, the concrete frame of the Four Seasons Private Residences Los Angeles is making steady progress in Beverly Grove.
Located adjacent to its namesake hotel at the corner of 3rd Street and Wetherly Drive, the 12-story building from Genton Property Group will offer 59 luxury condominiums in a mix of traditional flats and townhomes. Penthouse units at the building are expected to command prices as high as $50 million.
CallisonRTKL is designing the mid-rise development, which incorporates elements of mid-century modern architecture with a contemporary glass facade.
A project website advertises amenities such as a private theater, a swimming pool, and a fitness center.
A completion date for the Four Seasons development is listed as “Fall 2019.”
