Bell & Ross has just released the BR-X1 Phantom, a fully automatic mechanical watch. The sleek 45 mm case is constructed with black PVD titanium and matte black ceramic, housing its calibre BR-CAL 313 movement behind a tinted sapphire crystal caseback, exposing the movement for admiration. The skeleton dial features metal applique Super-LumiNova®-filled indices and metal skeleton Super-LumiNova®-filled hour and minute hands, all coming protected by a sapphire crystal with an anti-reflective coating. A second-counter can be found at the 3 o’clock position, with the 30-minute chronograph at 9 o’clock and a skeletonized date display at 6 o’clock. With a robust but skeletonized design, the BR-X1 is nevertheless water-resistant up to 100 meters, coming with a perforated rubber strap for in-water use.
The Bell & Ross BR-X1 Phantom is now available at select retailers, limited to 250 units made. Price is available upon request.
