Following up from Nike‘s Air Max 1 "Tinker Sketch”, unveiled just a few days ago, leaked images of another colorway inspired by Tinker Hatfield‘s sketches have surfaced, courtesy of hanzuying – the Nike Air Max 1 Tinker "Schematic."
This time around, the sneakers come only in a palette of monochrome, the initial blueprint renderings of the Air Max 1 prototype. Each panel of the shoe is thinly outlined in black with descriptive markings like "Swoosh Out" at the Swoosh, "(FP) Suede 1.2mm" at the mudguard or "VQ/PK 005" at the heel. Various lines, arrows, dotted points, and scaled measures are also etched throughout the footwear. One distinctive highlight is tucked around the inner collar, reading "SCHEMATIC PROPERTY OF NIKE NOT FOR RESALE." Nike branding is placed on the heel of the left shoe, while Tinker Hatfield’s signature appears on the right. Even the bottom of the outsole is detailed, with numbers and labels peering slightly through its semi-translucent rubber.
Though no official release dates have been revealed, the Nike Air Max 1 Tinker "Schematic" is expected to release this coming September.
