Work Begins for Five-Story, 76-Unit Residential-Retail Development in Hollywood
The new apartment complex replaces a car wash.
Excavation has started at the northwest corner of Vine Street and Willoughby in Hollywood, where a local real state investor plans to construct a mixed-use apartment complex.
The project site at 901 N. Vine Street, formerly a car wash, is slated for the construction of a five-story building featuring 76 one- and two-bedroom dwellings with 3,200 square feet of ground-floor retail, common amenities, and semi-subterranean parking for 90 vehicles.
