One could argue that the best and worst thing about trends is that they’re not all created equal. With that, not every trend is for everyone. That’s especially true when it comes to this one—you know, me—as I’ve always found myself rather discerning when it comes to what I’ll wear, and I couldn’t possibly imagine having to lean into every fad that comes and goes. After all, there are a lot.
Instead, I like to pick and choose which trends align best with my personal style, those which I think will be the most flattering on this 5’2” frame and, honestly, at times which seem comfortable. So today, I’m breaking down the four denim trends that made the cut for me this spring (and summer) and why.
