Last year, Datum Development and Bollenbach Investments secured the development rights for a city-owned property at the intersection of 94th Street and Broadway. An application submitted yesterday to the City of Los Angeles indicates that the two firms – operating under the partnership 94B, LLC – have revised their plans for the two-acre site.
