The artworks of lauded visual artist Raymond Pettibon were the highlight of Dior Men’s Fall/Winter 2019 collection. Now, several of those pieces that were spotlighted in the luxury label’s cold season lineup — embellished subtly and sleekly as printed graphics — is set to go on sale at David Zwirner’s online viewing room. The release features ink drawings made by the Black Flag collaborator, showcasing expressive text, visuals of femme fatales, and intricate portraits of film noir subjects. In addition, works featured in Pettibon’s New Museum retrospective are up for grabs.
View the selection above and expect the sale to launch starting February 8 until March 3. In related stories, take a look at this week’s best art drops.
