After releasing a pastel-infused collection with Dickies 1922 earlier this week, Opening Ceremony has again joined forces with Lacoste, this time on a limited-edition capsule for Spring/Summer 2019. American and French sensibilities come together in the six-piece collaboration, which is centered around staple pieces from the Paris-based label.
Stripes and colorblocking lend a classic feel throughout and are featured in bold contrasting designs on the likes of T-shirts, polo tops and a polo dress. A gold reptilian print brings a contemporary and on-trend touch to the "Snakeskin Print Tee," and makes another subtle appearance as the pattern on the sweatshirt’s collar. "Opening Ceremony" adds branding to the back of a striped top, while Lacoste’s signature Tiger motif is embroidered with gold thread on the chest of each item. Solid black polos provide a neutral option, rounding out the offering.
Prices range from $115 USD for the snakeskin top, up to $205 USD for the dress. The collection is available to purchase now in-store at Opening Ceremony and online at the brand’s webstore. It rolls out to select Lacoste retailers beginning April 15.
