While Nike has unveiled plans for new hybrid silhouettes like the upcoming Air Max 270 React, the Oregan-based footwear giant is also looking to add more colorways to existing retro molds — the Nike Air Max 90 “Green Python.”
The sneaker is donned in a scaly green upper, complemented by hits of velvety black suede and smooth leather at the toe box. Nike branding appears woven at the tongue tab alongside a black Swoosh at the sidewalls and red Nike Air rubber patch at the heel. A premium suede mudguard sits just above the midsole. Apart from the snakeskin-inspired leather upper, another eye-catching feature on the sneaker is its red Air unit framed by ridged black rubber on the midsole. Other details like a thin black outsole and branded insole round out the retro silhouette.
The Nike Air Max 90 "Green Python" is set to release on June 13 at Nike’s website for $140 USD.
