Tokyo labels NEGLECT ADULT PATiENTS and SUB-AGE have come together for a capsule collection exclusive to the CANNABIS pop-up store in Shibuya.
NEGLECT ADULT PATiENTS has previously showcased at Amazon Fashion Week Tokyo, recently displaying its graphic-heavy Fall/Winter 2019 collection designed by Atsunosuke Watanabe. Continuing its penchant for graphic-adorned pieces, the Tokyo imprint teamed up with the underground streetwear label SUB-AGE, founded under the direction of CANNABIS. Exploring Tokyo’s next generation of creatives, the capsule collection features a variety of typically boxy-cut T-shirts, sweatshirts and a standout zip-up sweater.
Seasonal hues of dusty pink, seafoam and sky blue dominate the collection alongside monochromatic black and white offerings. Each piece is adorned with a psychedelia-referenced graphic, from a warped grey-scale creature to a graphic depiction of a squid and a woman in an alternate nautical-themed dimension.
The pieces will be available for pre-order from the CANNABIS pop-up store at 5-17-24 Jingumae, Shibuya-ku, Tokyo 150-0001 2F Building 2F from May 18 to May 24. Pieces range from ¥ 13,000 JPY (approx. $120 USD) to ¥ 30,000 JPY (approx. $275 USD). Those who spend over ¥ 30,000 JPY will be treated to a complimentary lookbook, limited to 200 copies.
