Louis Vuitton‘s LV 408 Trainer is possibly Virgil Abloh‘s most lauded sneaker design for the Parish fashion house this Fall/Winter 2019 season. Originally debuted in a high, black and grey version alongside a few low-top iterations in green and red, the retro, yet luxurious kicks are now available in a pristine black and white option.
Additionally, the vintage basketball shoe-inspired design is stamped with the LV logos at the tongue and side panels. A gold script Vuitton logo is placed on the side as well for a luxurious touch. The sneakers are made from quality calf leather and finished with sturdy rubber outsoles. According to LV, it took around 7 hours of stitching to complete a pair, which is entirely made in Italy.
The black and white LV 408 Trainer is available now for $1,275 USD at Louis Vuitton’s official online shop.
